1. Cut a cabbage in half, remove outer layer and thinly chop 1/2 of it
2. Remove skin of 3-4 carrots (washed) and grate
3. Chop 1 avocado into chunks
4. Chop 1 apple into small pieces or grate
5. Combine: 70ml olive oil, 50ml coconut aminos or soy sauce, 1 tsp grated ginger, 3 teaspoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard
6. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix well
7. Add sesame seeds to a pan on medium heat and toast, then add on top
